The Youth Theatre was founded in 1993 with the aim of providing a basis of song, dance and drama for young people in the Market Harborough area.
Membership runs from 5 years up to 21 years for the majority of our shows. For information about joining our cast, email the site or contact our membership secretary, Beaty Tyrrell, on (01858) 432571.
Rehearsals generally run on Sundays from 2pm to 6pm.
WHAT'S HAPPENING NOW?
After almost continuous rehearsals and shows since August 2009, the cast are having a break over most of the Summer. If you can't wait until our pantomime (details in a moment) then there is an opportunity to be part of our popular "Musical In a Day" summer show. This takes place from Monday 9th to Friday 13th August, with a performance on the evening of Saturday 14th August at The Harborough Theatre. If you would like to be involved in this event, contact Beaty Tyrrell via the site or by contacting her on (01858) 432571. Shortly after this we begin rehearsals for our 2011 pantomime. This is currently "Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs". Again, if you would like to be part of this show, get in touch and we will send you membership details.
